This privacy protection charter will clearly inform you of the processing carried out on the personal data you provide us with or that we may collect through the various contacts you may have with us (Sales Department, Technical Department, social networks, website, events, etc.), of any transfers to third parties and of the rights and options you have to control your personal information and protect your privacy.

Exhibit Group is the data controller within the meaning of the applicable personal data protection regulations and in particular EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as «GDPR»).

What information do we collect about you?

«Personal data» means any information that allows you to be identified, either directly (such as your name) or indirectly (for example, using a customer number).

Depending on the data you provide or share with us, personal data may include information about :

- The company you work for and your job title
- Your orders
- Your online journey (exhibitgroup.fr, social networking pages, partner websites)

We may also need to collect the files you give us in order to produce or print the materials ordered (logos, images, etc.).

When applying for a job with Exhibit Group and its subsidiaries, we may collect the following information:

We do not store any bank details (credit card number, direct debits).

Essential personal data is indicated by an asterisk on each personal data collection form. If you do not fill in these compulsory fields, it is likely that we will not be able to respond to your requests and/or provide you with the requested services.

In the course of our relationship, depending on the context in which your data is collected, we may use your data to :

How long do we keep the data we collect?

• If you are a «customer» (meaning you have placed at least one order with Exhibit Group and/or its subsidiaries): for a period not exceeding 10 years from your first purchase. This period will be renewed each time you interact with us (e.g., making a purchase)
- If you are a "prospect" (i.e. if you have never placed an order with Exhibit Group and/or its subsidiaries): 3 years from the date your data was collected. This period will be renewed each time you interact with Exhibit Group and/or its subsidiaries (e.g. a request for a quote).
- If you are a candidate (i.e. you are applying for a position offered by Exhibit Group): 2 years from the date of your application.

If cookies are placed on your computer, we keep them for a maximum of 13 months. When we no longer need your personal data, it is deleted from our systems and records or made anonymous so that it can no longer be used to identify you.

Who can access your data?

Your data is intended for the departments of Exhibit Group and/or its subsidiaries concerned by your requests. We ensure that only duly authorised persons have access to your personal data when this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.

We do not give your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We will only disclose your information if necessary, and if possible in a form that does not allow direct identification to :
- Our trusted third-party service providers, acting as subcontractors on our instructions and on our behalf only.
